YOU MAY NOT OPERATE THE JET-SKIS UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF ALCOHOL OR DRUGS
MUST BE 18 OR OLDER TO RIDE.
12 AND OLDER TO BE A PASSENGER WITH PARENT OR GUARDIAN PERMISSION.

PROCESS
2. Pack Your Beach Towel, Sunscreen, Hats, swimwear, beachwear!
Arrival - Confirm Pick Up Location. Confirm the pick up location and time with us at (845) 492-9359
2. Be transported to the designated rider area within the intracoastal waters (Not the ocean).
3. Personal Watercraft safety protocols on how to ride safely and the "rules of the road".
5. Have fun on your ride! Stay within the designated rider area at all times. Some areas are shallow and jet skis should be on in water shallow enough to see the bottom.
6. When you return, follow our instructions on how to safely dock the jet ski (Keep Engine off & wait for instruction).
7. Exchange photos and videos (Drone video package)
8. Show us love. Write a review and we’ll return the love with 50% off your next ride!
Waivers / Liability
Watersports is a very fun hobby, however there are possibilities of injuries, damage to the equipment and in worse case situations, fatalities. All of these worst case scenarios can be avoided by following riding instructions prior to riding. We require ALL participants to sign liability/damage waivers.
Damages
All rides are inspected before and after every single ride. If physical damage occurs on your ride the party is subject to a damage fee that will be charged to the card on file. If customers act negligently and total a unit they may be responsible for up to the total monetary value of the wrecked jet ski.
No Refunds
After purchasing jet ski rentals there are no REFUNDS. Rescheduling is subject to manager discretion.
Weather
Bad weather is subject to rescheduling on a day and time that works for both parties.
