This Privacy Policy explains how Jet Life Jet Skis ("we," "us") collects, uses, protects, and retains personal information, and the rights you have over it. We collect only what we need to deliver your rental, keep you safe, process payment, and defend against fraud.

Information we collect

• Contact details such as your name, email, and phone.
• Booking and ride details, including your reservation, waiver, and any ID we verify at check-in.
• Ride data such as GPS location and photos, used for safety, service, and dispute evidence.
• Payment information, which is handled by our payment processor. We store only a payment token, never your full card number.
• Basic website usage and analytics data collected through cookies.
• Marketing preferences if you leave your email or join a list.

How we use it

We use your information only for specific, limited purposes, including providing and managing your rental, verifying identity and safety, processing payment and any additional charges you authorized (such as late, overage, or damage), communicating with you, complying with law, and defending against fraud. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for anything beyond the direct relationship between you and us.

Sharing

We share personal information only with the service providers that help us operate, such as payment processing, hosting, communications, waivers, mapping, and analytics. These providers process information on our behalf under contract, for the purposes above, and not for their own marketing. We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect safety or our rights.

Security

We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect your information, including encryption of data in transit and at rest, access controls based on least privilege, and periodic security testing. Card payments are handled by a PCI DSS compliant processor, so your full card number is never stored on our systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we work continuously to protect your information.

Data retention

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law, and then we delete or de-identify it. For example, ride photos and GPS data are kept on a limited schedule, while waivers and dispute evidence are kept for the period needed to resolve claims and meet legal obligations.

Your rights
